    Enterprise Assessment - $3500: A broader review of organizational performance, growth opportunities, referral dynamics/market risks, service-line performance, partnership options, operational barriers, and execution priorities across multiple services, divisions, or the broader organization.

    Multi-Site Service-Line Assessment — Custom Scope/Rate: For organizations assessing one service line across multiple locations, markets, or operating units. Scope and fee are based on the number of sites, data availability, market complexity, interviews required, and desired deliverables.

    If the organization moves into a fractional leadership or advisory retainer of three months or longer, the assessment fee may be applied toward the retainer.
